There maybe occasions when severe weather, dangerous driving conditions, or other emergencies make it necessary to cancel school or delays its opening for one to two hours. The decision to close school is made by Superintendent of Manhattan Schools.
In those days of inclement weather listen to WNBC-TV, WCBS Radio Station (880 AM), for announcements regarding delays and closing of school. Please adhere to the delayed time when bringing children to school. Listen to your radio up until you leave at the delayed time. A “delay” may change to “closing” and there will be no teacher to supervise the children. Also check the Saint Paul Website.
